Prices shown on the website are in USD and include VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition.

Delivery Costs and Times

We offer worldwide delivery.

Your orders will be processed and shipped after we receive your payment, which may take 48 hours. After this, tracking code for your shipped order will be sent to your email.

We choose different shipping options and suppliers like DHL, TNT, and EMS … depending on your country of destination. 

Shipping time: 5-9 Business Days.

Shipping costs worldwide: 35 USD.

Shipping within Georgia is free. 

Please be informed that we don’t take responsibility for taxes and duties applied in the country of delivery.

Please Note: We do not deliver to hotels.

Returns and Refunds

In case you wish to return an item for any reason, please note:

An item should be returned within 14 working days after receiving it.

The order must be returned with the same post as received.

Please, return items in the same condition as received. 

The cost of shipping should be covered by the customer.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 working days. 

Please also note that:

PRE-ORDERED items are non-refundable or returnable.

NO beauty items can be returned.
