Returns and Refunds

At SYNDROM, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund process for all orders.

Return Conditions

If you wish to return an item, it must be sent back within 14 working days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and undamaged.

Return Process

Before returning your order, please contact us at syndrom@syndrom.ge to receive return instructions.

Items must be returned using the same shipping method as the original delivery.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

Pre-ordered items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Beauty products are non-returnable.
